Parenting is full-on. You’re juggling work, home, emotions, and your child who needs you, and somewhere along the way, you get lost.
The Parent Space Starter Session is a gentle, grounding 60-minute 1:1 coaching session where you can slow down, breathe, and be really honest about how you’re feeling, without judgement, advice from everyone else, or “shoulds”.
Together, we’ll create a calm pocket of time just for you.

In Your 60-Minute Session You Will:
- Gain clarity on what’s really driving your overwhelm or reactivity
- Understand your emotional triggers in everyday parenting moments
- Learn simple emotional regulation tools you can use straight away
- Feel more grounded, supported, and less alone in your experience
- Identify one or two gentle next steps so you know how to move forward

You’ll receive a few gentle questions to help you prepare.
4. Your 60-minute Parent Space session (on GoogleMeet)
You bring a cup tea or coffee and your honest self. I bring calm, curiosity, and practical tools.
5. After the session
You’ll receive a follow-up email with key insights and your next gentle steps.
