Does this sound familiar?
You love your children more than anything. But lately, the days feel like a cycle you can't break.
You lose your temper and then spend the evening drowning in guilt. Bedtime has become a nightly battle. Your children's big emotions overwhelm you because you don't know how to help them, or yourself. Sibling fights are constant and you're exhausted from refereeing. You've read the books, tried the tips, and nothing seems to stick. Every night you promise tomorrow will be different. But tomorrow looks exactly the same.
You're not failing. You're just doing this without the right support.
What if it could be different?
Parenting with Clarity and Confidence (The Foundation) is a 5-week group programme designed for parents who want to stop reacting and start responding with calm, with connection, and with confidence.
Grounded in attachment science and nervous system regulation, this programme gives you practical tools that actually work in the messy, real moments of family life. Not theory. Not judgement. Just genuine support and strategies you can use tonight.
This isn't about becoming a perfect parent. It's about understanding what's really going on, for your child and for you, so you can show up the way you truly want to.
What you will get
Over 5 weeks together, you will:
- Learn to recognise what's driving your child's behaviour, and respond with confidence instead of frustration
- Understand your own triggers so you can stay calm when things get tough
- Build practical strategies for the moments that challenge you most — bedtimes, tantrums, sibling battles, and more
- Discover how to repair after a difficult moment (because perfection isn't the goal... reconnection is)
- Gain the support of a small group of parents who truly understand what you're going through
- Walk away with a toolkit you can rely on, long after the programme ends

This programme is for you if:
- You're a parent of a child aged 1 to 14
- You're stuck in the shout-guilt-repeat cycle and want a way out
- You want to understand your child's behaviour rather than just manage it
- You're ready to invest in yourself and your family

This programme is not for you if:
- You're looking for quick fixes or scripts without understanding the why
- You're not ready to reflect on your own patterns alongside your child's
- You need crisis or therapeutic support (I'm happy to help you find the right resource)
About your host
Carolina Taylor
I'm Carolina, a parenting and life coach, and a mum who knows exactly what it feels like to love your children fiercely and still lose it at bedtime.
I trained at the JAI Institute for Parenting and specialise in attachment science, child development, and nervous system regulation. My approach helps parents understand what's really happening beneath the surface, for their children and for themselves.
I’m passionate about this programme because I believe every parent deserves to feel confident, connected, and calm at home. Not perfect. Just present.

What are parents saying
It was really interesting to learn about the different parenting styles and to learn new tools to be better at listening and communicating. I can definitely see how learning more about yourself as a parent and noting strengths and weakness helps you to grow and be the best parent you can be. Suzy
I am enjoying it so much, I am looking forward to the following week. Carly
Even by not saying much, I got reassurance from week 1 that I am doing alright. Chris
I’m really enjoying the chance to reflect. The sessions themselves are great and I like the group setting. The workbooks are helpful and like the idea that we can go back to the activities at a later date too. Racquel

Yes , I can offer 2 payments of £137.50.
Q: What if I decide it's not for me after the first session?
If after the first session you feel the programme isn't right for you, I'll offer a full refund, no questions asked.
